- For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
- The guide will not accompany you inside the National 9/11 Museum. This will be a self-guided tour with the official 9/11 Museum Audio Guide, which can be downloaded for free from iTunes and Google Play. The audio guide tour is available in English, American Sign Language, Chinese (Mandarin Simplified), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Skip-the-line tickets to the National 9/11 Museum are valid for timed admission without waiting in line at the ticket office, but you may need to queue for ticket validation and mandatory security checks. Please arrive on time for a smooth entry.
- Guided tours inside St. Paul's Chapel during masses and scheduled events are limited. If entry is not possible, the guide will tell all information outside.
- Skip-the-line tickets to One World Observatory are valid for timed admission without waiting in line at the ticket office, but you may need to queue for ticket validation and mandatory security checks. Please arrive on time for a smooth entry.
- The 5-hour and 6-hour options include an estimated 1,5-hour transfer between the meeting point and the accommodation address provided when booking. Please note that the transfer time quoted is for information purposes only and may take longer or shorter depending on the distance.
- We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
